safety evaluation process during the reporting period of November 16, 1994 l
through June 2, 1996 are included in the report. This report includes facility changes that occurred during operating fuel Cycle 10 and the Tenth Refueling Outage which concluded on June 2, 1996. This report contains a summary listing of the changes, tests.and experiments included in the report. These safety evaluations did not involve an unreviewed safety question.
