Modification No. 4 to Task Order No.100 under Contract No.
NRC-03-93-026 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to Task Order No.100 which: (1) increases the level of effort in the task order from 900 hours0.0104 days <br />0.25 hours <br />0.00149 weeks <br />3.4245e-4 months <br /> to 1200 hours0.0139 days <br />0.333 hours <br />0.00198 weeks <br />4.566e-4 months <br />.
(2) increases the obligated amount by 552.514.17. (3) increases the task order ceiling amount by $52.214.17 from 5156.278.80 to $208.792.97, and (4) extends the period of performance from December 14. 1996 to December 30. 1996. The efforts are to be performed in accordance the contractor's technical proposal dated November 25, 1996.
The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task or er is $20.792.97.
The total cost ceiling is $208.792.97 of which the sum of represents reimbursable cost. the sum of M represents facilities capital cost of money, and the sum of $5.486.19 represents fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the cost ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount the contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
