This is to support the request by Athey Consulting for a copy of the HASCAL/SCIPUFF software. Athey Consulting is currently under contract with NRC (NRC 26-93-289) to do development of the RASCAL CODE. Since HASCAL is a related code, we would like Athey Consulting to be able to do model comparisons.
