Dear Mr. Lofy:

In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order.

The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated February 18, 1997.

Task Order No. 117 shall be in effect from February 21, 1997 through March 28, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $49,213.30.
