The NRC Staff (" Staff") has received " CASE's Moticn to Compel Response to Interrogatories (Re: Readiness Review)" (August 28,1985) (" CASE's Motion"). Inasmuch as this filing concerns a discovery dispute between CASE and Applicants, the Staff does not intend to file a response to CASE's Motion.
