C 1 wish to acknowledge receipt of our NRC License No. SNM-997.
In Part 12 under " Conditions", it states that " Licensed material shall be used by, or under the supervision and in the physical presence of, Ronald A. Kobiske". I wish to request that this be changed to read " Licensed material shall be used by faculty under the supervision of Ronald A. Kobiske".
The " physical presence" part is difficult because I may have a class or meeting, etc. when another faculty. member is teaching the nuclear lab. I hope that you would give this request every consideration.
