Per a recent conversion with Mary Adams of your staff, enclosed is an affidavit attesting to the proprietary nature of information contained on specific pages (i.e., pages 2,6,7,8,9 and 45) of Siemens Power Corporation's (SPC) 1995 ALARA Report, submitted with the referenced letter.
SPC requests that these pages be removed prior to sending the ALARA Report to the Public Document Room.
