I am responding to your letter to Leonard J. Callan of January 27, 1997, requesting a nominee from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) to se:ve on the American Nuclear Society (ANS) Executive Conference Review Comittee. I am pleased to nominate Thomas T. Martin to serve as the NRC representative. Mr. Martin is currently the Director.of the Division of Reactor Program Management in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. His 3
extensive experience in both Headquarters and regional reactor programs will be an outstanding asset to your comittee's work.
