The contract for the uranium enriching services with the U.S. Enrichment i

l Corporation (USEC) is DE-SC05-84UEJA203.

Please note that the feed material is supplied by Namibia.

i The relevant enriched UF6 will be delivered from the USEC's Portsmouth Enrichment Plant in Piketon, Ohio. After being exported to Japan, it will be converted to UO2 powder, pelletized and fabricated into fuel assemblies by Mitsubishi Nuclear Fuel Co., Ltd.

i As to the validity of the export license, we wish to have a two year period from the date of issuance.

With regard to sampling, we request that Three(31
