Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.1 - Exercise Optional Subtask 1.4. Entitled " Workshop on Radioactive Materials Regulation" Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-002 In accordance with Section G.4. Task Order Procedures. of the subject contract, this letter modifies Task Order No.1 to initiate work under Subtask 1.4 in the amount of $59.243. The period of performance for Subtask 1.4 is i
November 21, 1996 through February 18, 1997. As a result, the period of performance for Task Order No. 1 is hereby revised from " August 1. 1996 through January 8. 1997" to " August 1. 1996 through February 18, 1997."

Please note that the period of performance for Subtasks 1.1.1.2. and 1.3 remains unchanged as follows:

October 11. 1996 through January 8. 1997 The total cost ceiling for the subject task order is hereby increased by
$59.243, from $135.640 to $194.883. Of the $194.883 cost ceiling, the amount 4
of $180.448 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $14.435 represents the fixed fee.
The total amount obligated is hereby increased by $70.000 from $100.000 to
$170.000.
Of the $170.000, $100.000 was obligated under the basic contract and was used to fully fund Subtasks 1.1 and 1.2 ($78.574) and partially fund Subtask 1.3 ($21.426)
The $70.000 obligated by this action fully funds Subtask 1.3 (in an amount of $35.640) and partially funds Subtask 1.4 (in the amount of $34.360).
