This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. G. Bugg of your staff and Mr. K. Barr of the NRC concerning a working level meeting which has been scheduled for December 16, 1996, at 9:00 a.m., to 11:00 a.m., EST. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss radiological control and chemistry issues at the Browns Ferry site. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II Office,101 Marietta Street, N. W., Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59FR 48340).
