SUBJECT:
MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 60 ENTITLED " HUMAN FACTORS INFORMATION SYSTEM (HFIS) FOR WINDOWS DETAILED REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS AND SYSTEM DESIGN" UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-03-93-036 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) decrease the number of originally proposed professional hours from 386 to 220 and incroase the number of originally proposed subcontractor hours from 180 to 428. (2) decrease the task l order obligated and ceiling amounts by $40 from $48.513 to $48.473, and (3) extend the expiration date of the task order from December 15. 1996 to i January 15. 1997 In accordance with Section G.5(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order l Award." this letter definitizes Modification No.1 to the subject task order.
The second paragraph of the definitization letter of the basic task order is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 60 shall be in effect from September 20. 1996 through January 15. 1997, with a cost ceiling of $48.473. The amount of M represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $3.377 represents the fixed fee, and the amount of W represents the facilities capital cost of money."
