The Commission has provided guidance to the staff to ensure that the rights of sovereign Tribal governments are fully respected and to operate within a government-to-government i
relationship with Federally-recognized Native American Tribal Governments, in accordance with this guidance and because of the interest expressed by the Prairie Island Dakota Indian Community in activities at the Prairie Island nuclear power plant, we request that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation add the Community to the Prairie Island service list.
