We have received Vermont Yankee' Nuclear Power Cbrporation's response dated February 14, 1997 to our October 9, 1996 request for'information pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(f) regarding the adequacy.and'ava'ilability.of design bases information. Our letter of October 9~,,1996 requested that you-provide an implementation schedule for structures, systems, -and component and plant-level design attribute reviews and expected co:apletion dates. This does not appear to be included in your response. We have'dischssed this deficiency with your staff,'and we request that you please provide this information as soon as possible, but no later than seven days from the date of receipt of this letter.
Should.the staff's ongoing review of your response determine that additional information is needed to complete the evaluation, I will notify you.
