AGREEMENT STATE PARTICIPANT FOR THE INTEGRATED MATERIALS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROGRAM (IMPEP) l The Offices of State Programs and Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards staff will be holding the annual one day orientation and training program for the IMPEP review team members on December 10,1996 in Rockville, Maryland. A draft agenda has been l
enclosed. We request that all participants in IMPEP reviews attend this training. Also enclosed is *Se list of Agreement State participants identified by the Organization of Agreement States.

COURSE: The workshop starts at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10,1996 and will end at approximately 5:00 p.m.
EXPENSES: State participants in this workshop will be reimbursed for expenses in l
accordance with Federal travel regulations. A voucher will be provided to you during the training. Receipts are necessary to claim any expenses of $25.00 or more. Telephone calls will not be reimbursed by NRC. The per diem rate for Rockville is $124.00 for lodging and $38.00 for meals and miscellaneous expenses.
l TGAVEL: If you travel by air, you must call Carlson Wagonlit Travel Network, l
(202) 554-1850, to make your flight reservations. You must use Carlson or you may not be reimbursed for your plane ticket. %ur tickets will be mailed to you about a week l
before the training begins. If you travel by car, you will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.30 per mile, with the total payment not to exceed the minimum airfare. Any questions about {\\
