Dear Dr. Pugh:
This letter modifies the Statement of Work (SOW) for Subtask A.2, Task 5 of JCN E7044 which was sont to you by letter dated May 23,1996. During discussions with ORNL staff on Subtask A.2, we identified a statement in our SOW that requires actions which are no longer desired by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The last two sentences in the first paragraph of the A.2 SOW should be deleted. With tnese sentences deleted, the electronic files will now include the signatures of the individuals on the sheets. The ORNL Technical Monitor and Project Manager have been informed that this change is being made and are amending their draft proposal for A.2 accordingly.
