SUPPLEMENTAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST - CONTROL ROD DRIVE PERFORMANCE Consumers Power Company submitted a proposed technical specification change to eliminate the minimum control rod withdrawal rate limit by letter dated November 1, 1974. Consumers Power Company contends that the November 1, 1974 submittal as supplemented by our July 1,1975 letter provide suf ficient justification for deletion of the 23 second minimum withdrawal time. This submittal is a synopsis of previous correspondence and an addenda to address any editorial changes that may have occurred since 1974. Accordingly, revised technical specification pages are enclosed which supersede those in our previous submittal. Additionally, an updated evaluation showing Big Rock Points compliance with more recent review criteria is attached.
Pursuant to 10CFR170.12(c), a check in the amount of $150 is attached.
