In that meeting, Babcock & Wilcox and ARC 0 representatives expressed concerns

, with the schedule for the DEIS and requested an estimate from the staff on the reliability of the current schedule. We understand your need for a firm timeframe. The current schedule for the publication of the DEIS is March 1997. Acknowledging that there are many factors outside of our control which can influence this schedule, we will strive to meet the March deadline.
