Dear Mr. Martin:
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR55.41, the District hereby submits the subject notification of disability for Marion F. Edgerton, Docket No. 55-4742; Senior Reactor Operator License No. SOP-2527-3.
Mr. Edgerton suffered a disabling stroke at CNS the morning of July 18, 1985.
He was immediately transported to the Nemaha County Hospital and subsequently to St. Joseph Hospital, in Omaha, where he was stabilized. He then returned to Nemaha County Hospital on July 25, 1985, but, due to unanticipated complications was transferred to Bryan Memorial Hospital, in Lincoln, that same day. Most unfortunately, during the evening of July 28, 1985, Marion passed away.
It is with great regret that this notification of disability is submitted.
