Enclosed is the Quality Assurance Program for shipment of our three 239 Plutonium-beryllium neutron sources.

This Quality Assurance Program is limited to the shipment of 239 Plutonium-beryllium neutron sources in Model DOT 6M packaging from the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, Maine to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Please review and approve this Quality Assurance Program under the general license provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.12.
