Bykoski documented, in a memorandum to me, his evaluation of the NMSS Decommissioning Financial Assurance Instrument Security Program and Decommissioning Financial Assurance Inventories. The financial assurance information in the Licensing Tracking System (LTS) dated December 9, 1996, was also reviewed.
LTS update is needed for Army Jefferson Proving Ground, and entries are needed for Fort St. Vrain, Kerr-McGee: Cushing, and Kerr-McGee: Cimarron. ,
