FOLLOW-UP ITEMS FROM DWM FINANCIAL ASSURANCE INSTRUMENT EVALUATION On December 19, 1996, in accordance with Management' Directive 8.12, Louis Bykoski documented, in a memorandum to me, his evaluation of the NMSS Decommissioning Financial Assurance Instrument Security Program and Decommissioning Financial Assurance Inventories. The financial assurance information in the Licensing Tracking System (LTS) dated December 9,- 1996, was also reviewed.
LTS entries should be prepared for Cintichem, Molycorp (1393) and Holycorp (1408). These were the only follow-up items identified for your section's licensees.
