Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) 1996 Refueling Outage Inservice Inspection (ISI)
Results and NIS-1 and NIS-2 Forms Technical Specification Section 5.9.3a and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.Section XI. Subsection IWA-6230, require that the Omaha Public Power District submit the subject information for FCS.
Enclosed please find the ISI results for the FCS 1996 Refueling Outage, Form NIS-1
" Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections.* Also enclosed is the Form NIS-2 " Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements" for applicable repairs and replacements completed during Fuel Cycle No.16, including those completed during the FCS 1996 Refueling Outage.
