Dear Sir:
On October 22, 1996, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) submitted the results of the additional Mecatiss fire barrier endurance tests conducted at Underwriters Laboratories Incorporated (UL). The information was forwarded as Exhibit A to the above. referenced letter. FPC requested that the information contained in Exhibit A be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that it contained information proprietary to FPC.
