Transmittal of Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Core Operating Limit Report (COLR)
Revisions 11 & 12 In accordance with Technical Specification 5.9.5. the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) is transmitting the attached revisions to the FCS COLR. Revision 11 of the COLR was issued to update Figures 4. 5. 6. 7A. and 8 to reflect new limiting condition for operation (LCO). limiting safety system setting (LSSS). and setpoint requirements as a result of widening the axial shape index (ASI) tent during Cycle 16.
Revision 12 of the COLR was issued as an update for Cycle 17 j
operations.
