Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 1 Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the task order period of performance through March 14, 1997 at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, in accordance with the contractor's letter request dated February 18,1997, and (2) specify the final deliverable. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
- 1. The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from September 10. 1996 through March 14, 1997, with an estimated cost ceiling of $50.290." i
- 2. Under the Statement of Work, the following is added as item 10 under l 5.0. Scope of Work.
"10. The contractor shall submit an informal letter report which shall l delineate investigations, meetings and interactions. and the status of SPR development to date. The report shall be submitted on or before March 14, 1997."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this task order from the award date through the date of this action are given below:
Total FY 96 Obligations: $25,000 (obligated under the basic contract)
Total FY 97 Obligations: $25.290 Cumulative Total NRC Obligations: $50.290 This modification does not obligate any funds. f
