Dear Ms. Sapovits:
7p h The purpose of this modification is to deobligat/ funds no lo ger needed for l performance by the Contractor or expected to be/ owed in fee or indirect cost adjustments to the Contractor. Accordingly, $79B0 in funding is hereby deobligated from Task Order No. 6 and the second sentence of the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read:
"The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $4155 of which $3307 represents the estimated costs and $848 for fixed fee. The net amount of obligations and deobligations is $4155."
