The inspection involved 10 hours onsite by one region-based inspector. Results: The licensee was in compliance with the NRC approved Physical Secur- ity Plan in the area inspected except: (1) facility inspections were not being conducted in accordance with commitments in the Plan; and, (2) alarm switches were of a different type than described in the Security Plan. 8509100036 850827 PDR ADOCK 05000005 G PDR

MC 30703 - Exit Interview the inspector met with the licensee representatives identified in 27, 1985. At paragraph 1 at the conclusion of the inspection on June that time the purpose and scope of the inspection were reviewed and the findings presented. At no time during this inspection was written material provided to the licensee by the inspector. 3. THIS PARAGRAPH CONTAINS 2.790(d) INFORMATION AND IS NOT FOR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE. IT IS INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK. Failure to have the alarm switches described in the PSUSP is a violation. (50-05/85-02-02). The inspecter spot-checked logs, records and procedures for accuracy, com- pleteness, abnonnal conditions, significant trends, and required entries. The following logs and records were reviewed: Test results for intrusion detection systems, results of response to security incidents, seal records, building check logs, annual review of the Security Plan, and Police Services Security Awareness Training Program.
