This letter provides information in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p) (2)

concerning a change at Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) affecting the Physical Security Plan. This change incorporates a commitment to NUMARC 91-C'.,
" Nuclear Power Plant Personnel Data Exchange Guidelines,"
which was
!.nadvertently deleted by Revision 28 of the Physical Security Plan.
This change does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
The Attachment describes the change and provides justification.
The change described in the Attachment will be incorporated into the WCGS Phymical Security Plan at the next revision.

Physical Security Plan: 18.
Reason for Change:
This is an administrative change to reinsert the commitment to NUMARC 91-03 guidance.
This commitment was inadvertently deleted in Revision 28.
Justification:
This - change is administrative in nature to correct a typographical error in the Revision 28 submittal.
In Revision 27, the following sentence was modified in paragraph
- 1. 3.1 (a) :
"The screening process is in accordance with Regulatory Guide 5.66 (June, 1991) and NUMARC 91-03 as aporoved by NRC s ta ff. "
Upon reviewing the Revision 27 submittal, the NRC responded that the phrase, "as approved by NRC staff", was inappropriate.
In Revision 28, Change 3. was submitted to remove the.

- phrase, "as approved by NRC staff",
from the text.
During editing, the words, "and NUMARC 91-03" were inadvertently deleted as well.
This change reinserts the words, "and NUMARC 91-03" in l
paragraph 1.3.1(a).
These words were previously approved l
by the NRC in Revision 27 of the WCGS Physical Security Plan.
