Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740a, notice is hereby given that Commonwealth Edison Company shall depose Jerome Joyce on Monday, September 16, 1985, beginning at 10:00 i
A.M. at the offices of Isham, Lincoln & Beale, Three First National Plaza, Suite 5200, Chicago, Illinois (located on the north side of Monroe Street between Clark and Dearborn Streets).
The deposition shall be taken before a certified court reporter.
Mr. Joyce, an Illinois State Senator, has been identified by Ms. Rorem as Intervenors' witness who will testify regarding Rorem Contention 1(a).
Mr. Joyce shall bring with him any and all documents in.his possession which pertain to the subject of that contention, namely the pre-accident
