This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. T. Abney of.your staff and Mr. M. Lesser of the NRC concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for November 19, 1996, at 10:30 a.m., to 11:30 a.m., EST. The purpose of this meeting is for the licensee to update the NRC on their Final Safety Analysis Report review efforts. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II Office,101 Marietta Street, N. W. . Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59FR 48340).
