As promised in yesterday's letter to the Board, I am enclosing a completely retyped hearing schedule. The schedule l attached to the Board's August 1 Prehearing Conference Order was used as a starting point. The following revisions were made:

l. All schedule milestones for September and October and associated with Neiner Farms' Contentions 1 and 4 were deleted since these issues have been dismissed.
2. The schedule revisions identified in Applicants' September 3 J'o int Motion To Revise Hearing Schedule have been l integrated into the enclosure.
