Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-04-95-047
.The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through February 28, 1997, in accordance w;th the contractor's letter request dated November 22, 1996, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The first sentence of paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from September 11, 1995 though February 28, 1997, with a cost ceiling of $246,414."
All other terms and conditions, of the subject task order, remain unchanged.
A sunmary of obligations from the award date through the date of this action are provided below:
