Note to File: CPAD Technologies Inc.
l This documents the telephone Call of 10/9/96 with Al McEachem.
CPAD (Al McEachem) informed me of a new distributer:
Galson Corporation 4
6601 Kirkville Road East Syracuse, NY 13057 i
I requested that Al clarify how the IMS Detector works as a component in the overall device with respect to detecting explosives. He said that the detector is used only for detecting explosives and that when the overall device detects narcotics, a separate detector is used - one that does not contain radioactive material. [This is in line with OGC's response to my questions.)
In addition, I discussed the d3ficiencies identified by John Lubinski and myself that will be contained in the next deficiency letter that will be sent to CPAD.
