Exercise Report of the October 12, 1984 Exercise of the Offsite Radiological Emergency Preparedness Plans for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Attached is a copy of the Exercise Report of the October 12,1984, joint exercise of the of fsite radiological energency preparedness plans for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station. This exercise was full participation for the State of Connecticut and 11 loctlities.
The report, dated Decenber 7, 1984, was prepared by Region I of the Federal Emergency Management Agency
( FEM A).
Although there were Category B deficiencies observed at the exercise, they did not seriously detract from the overall demonstrated capability to protect the health and safety of the public. The State is preparing a schedula of corrective actions. As soon as it is received, we will send you a copy. However, since there were no identified impediments to protecting the public during the exercise, the approval under 44 CFR 350 will remain in ef fect.
