Concerning the second set of questions for renewal of our facility Operating License R-57, we
' will be unable to respond until March 31,1998. The former Reactor Manager, Mr. Alan J.
Blotcky, passed away on January 1,1997. The entire license renewal process was conducted and written by Mr. Blotcky. As a result, our staff will need the additional time to study the license application, revisions, and NRC questions. l
