This is in response to your letter dated August 6, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of documents related to American involvement with the Vietr.am Atomic Energy Office between 1961 and 1975 on the subject of the nuclear reactor built in Dalat, South Vietnam.
The search has been completed by the NRC staff, and no records were found that are subject to your request. However, the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) has an export license file, XR-32, which may contain information of interest to you.
The PDR is located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. There is no charge for inspecting records maintained at the PDR. We are enclosing a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
