Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) exercise the first option year under the subject contract in accordance with Paragraph I.7 - Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, at the hourly rates reflected under Paragraph B.4: and (2) extend the period of performana as a result of exercising the first option year.
Accordingly, the following chant,e is hereby made:
Under Section F, Paragraph F.5 - Duration of Contract Period, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.
5 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD Although the Government contemplates use of the system (s) (hardware and software) for the svstem's life of 5 years from date of installation, the term of this contract i. from November 15. 1993 through November 14.'1997."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
