Enclosed is an update to the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC) Safety Analysis Report (SAR). Instructions for making the update are detailed in the enclosed Push-Pull Instructions.
l This revision to the SAR is being made to comply with the October 2,1996 Commission Order CLI-96-08. The Commission Order directed Louisiana Energy Services (LES) to amend the Emergency Plan and the SAR to ensure the documents unambiguously reflect the fire fighting roles of the on-site fire brigade and the off-site fire department. The CEC Emergency Plan was previously revised and is consistent with this S AR revision. The Emergency Plan revision was submitted to the NRC Staff on July 31,1996.
