MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 12 i
UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-93-058 In accordance with Section G.4 entitled. " Task Order Procedures" of the subject contract. this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 12 which provides:
(1) a no-cost extension to the period of performance and (2) incremental funding in the amount of $29.226.00.
Task Order No.12 is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence of the second paragraph of the definitization letter dated February 28. 1995 for the basic task order is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following:
" Task Order No. 12 shall be in effect from March 1. 1995 through November 30. 1997. with a total cost ceiling of $207.263."
Also, the third paragraph of the above-mer,tioned definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following:
"The obligated amount of this task order is $207,263.00.
This amount shall not be exceed until notice is provided to you that additional funds are available.
It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of work through November 30, ?997."
