The copy is now releasable and an advance copy is being sent with this note to the PDR. in Washington, D.C. Please be aware that Exhibit I to this response has not yet been released, as we are awaiting copyright approval. As soon as we receive this, I will be sending you all a copy of this page (assuming we receive approval).
