By letter dated April 5,1996, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company requested transfer and amendment of Operating License Nos. DPR-53 and DPR-69 for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2, and License No. SNM-2505 for the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (Reference a). The license amendment request revised the licensee name from Baltimore Gas and Electric Company to Constellation Energy Corporation to reflect the transfer in ownership. The amendment request included revisions to page 6-12 of Unit I and 2 Technical Specifications (Attachment 1).
On August 28,1996 License Amendment Nos. 216 (Unit 1) and 193 (Unit 2) were issued (Reference b).
These amendments deleted page 6-12 from both the Unit 1 and 2 Technical Specifications. Therefore, we request that Reference (a) be corrected by the withdrawal of page 6-12 from the License Amendment Request. This correction applies to both Unit I and 2. All remaining changes requested in Reference (a)
'g remain in efTect. The withdrawal of a portion of the license amendment request does not afTect the No Significant Hazards Determination provided in Reference (a).
