Confirmatory Survey of IRT Corporation Facility Located at 10955 John Jay Hopkins Drive, San Diego, California NRC License No. SNM-1405 As requested in your June 18, 1985 memorandum to me, this is to notify you that we have completed the subject survey. As can be seen from the enclosed report, the facility has been surveyed and found to meet NRC guidelines for release to unrestricted use.
A copy of the confirmatory survey report is enclosed for your information.
