NRC-29-83-624 Modification No.18 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) extend the period of performance.
(2) add rate of payment for CY 1997, and (3) provide incremental funding in the amount of $84,500 for CY 1997. As a result of this action, the total amount obligated is $1,088.325. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
- 1. Article III - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, Paragraph A. is revised to read as follows:
"A. The period of performance hereunder shall commence on January 1.
1983 and shall continue through December 31, 1997, unless sooner t terminated or extended, as herein provided."
- 2. Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, Paragraph A.. Consideration, Items No. 1. and 3 are revised to read as follows:
"1. The Commission will provide funds to the State in the amount of
$1,003.825 during the fifteen (15) year period of performance. The j rate of payment to the State for calendar year 1997 is as follows:
! CY-1997 - $ 8,000 per site (1), per year for 1/2 EM Program CY-1997 - $ 2,500 per site (5), per year TLD Programs" "3. The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for the CY-1997 effort is $84,500.
The total amount obligated since inception of this agreement is 1 increased by $84,500 from $1,003,825 to $1,003,825."
All other terms and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
