Gentlemen:
Reference (a) requested we report initial valve integrity verification results for check valves in-line with the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) cooling water supply.

addressed in our In-Service Testing program and our proposed plans and schedules for submitting a report of initial valve verification results for any remaining check valves not addressed earlier. Due to an administra?.ive oversight, we did not schedule the valve verification tests and forward the results as indicated in Reference (b). Accordingly, we have now performed the appropriate surveillances.
During our recent refueling outage, we performed initial valve verification tests on EDG discharge check valves 1-SRW-321,1-SRW-322, and 2-SRW-321. We have reviewed the test results and have determined that the valves in question are performing satisfactorily.
