Contract No. NRC-26-94-262. Task Order No. 5 This confirms the November 6.1996 verbal authorization provided to you to commence work effective November 11. 1996, under the subject task order.
In accordance with Section G.3 entitled. " Task Order Procedures" of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 5.
The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from November 11, 1996 through September
- 30. 1997. with a ceiling of $36.929.00. The amount of $30.863.00 represents the total. firm-fixed-price of the courses as stated in the enclosed Statement of Work. The amount of $6.066.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs for travel associated with this task order.
The obligated amount of this task order is $36.929.00.

TASK ORDER NO. 5 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-26-94-262 1.
PURPOSE The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has established a training program to support the qualification of NRC inspector personnel.
Part of this program requires the individuals to become familiar with performance-based inspections To support this requirement, the NRC has developed the Inspecting for Performance course with emphasis on commercial nuclear facilities and the Inspecting for Performance course for nuclear materials inspectors, The purpose of this task order is to estabilsh course dates for the Inspecting for Performance and Inspecting for Performance - Materials version courses.
2.
SCOPE OF WORK (1)
Establish the following course dates for the Inspecting for Performance course-Region I March 11-13. 1997 Region II Feburary 18-20. 1997 Region III January 14-16. 1997 H0 May 5 7.1997 (2)
Establish the following course date for the Inspecting for Performance - Materials version:
Region 11 November 12-14. 1996 Region 111 April 1-3. 1997 Region 1 July 15-17. 1997 3.
MEETINGS No meetings are anticipated.

Travel Travel required in accordance with section G.2 and section C.1.3.4.c of the contract to support course presentations listed above.
