l change is because the matters involved when wrongdoing is suspected may well be defined in someone's eyes as
- safety significant," but not of an *immediate" nature. In these instances our providing ofinformation would still be on a case by case basis, based on any possible compromise of the wrongdoing investigatien. DOJ involvement, enforcement action pendmg. etc.
