Dear Sir:
This is a Freedom of Information Act request for the following material to be placed in the Public Document Room.
A copy of the Power Plant Examination Sumary Sheets prepared by the Operator Licensing Branch examiners at the completion of their assignments for those individuals who applied for operator and senior operator examinations pursuant to Section 55.25,
" Administration of Operating Test Prior to Initial Criticality" at the following facilities:
Farley-2 LaSalle-1 McGuire-1 Grand Gulf Diablo Canyon-1 Susquehanna-1 Salem-2 San Onofre-2 Sequoyah-1 North Anna-2 San Onofre-1 (both pre-critical and post-critical exams,1965 - present)
Names and/or Docket Numbers are not requested.
However, I request that written examination results indicate the grade received in each category as well as the total grade received.
Results of the operating test should be indicated as ' Passed or Failed'.
