Dear Ms. Colina:
As we advised you in previous correspondence, the subject task order has expired, and we are initiating closecut actions. Based on our records there are excess funds remaining under the task order. Pending completion of all required ;losecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds in the amount of 5484.88, thereby decreasing the task order. obligated amount from 539,840.12 to 539,355.24. Therefore, we are providing you with one executed copy of this modification action which deobligates excess funds in the amount of 5484.88.
