Dear Mr. Denton:

The referenced letter requested approval of a proposed license amendment allowing disposal of waste oil by burning it in our Dresden Unit 1 auxiliary boilers. As a result of other alternatives we are pursuing for disposal of waste material including waste oil, the proposed amendment is not required at this time.
